    Pretend you're Tina. Stun, throw. 6K 41236T. The throw is active that it grabs them as they leave stun even if they don't stagger escape. And when they start poking out, free counter hit.

    Nah, vast majority of 2D players get around the same. You can only block stuff 22f or less when you have a good idea when the move you need to watch for is coming (like PP2K). Keeping focus for prolonged periods of time is pretty much impossible.

    Here, try this. Now, reacting during a blockstring is significantly easier, so you can generally block something 2-3 frames faster.

    I can block 19f overheads in 2D games consistently and I have a friend who blocks 17f overheads nearly every time. It's not impossible if you practise. It's just really exhausting keeping up that amount of focus. As I said, 17f is around the limit even if your reaction time is good.

    It's certainly possible to block 17f on reaction, but to expect that level of focus every time she jabs is pretty insane. 17f is near the limit of reaction time during a game, unless you're assuming that's the ONLY option you need to worry about, and it's not.

    Leifang was hardly nerfed. Have you even touched her? Only real nerf was mid kick hold damage and 1P+K on block.
