Yohei Shimbori Now Works on Tekken 8
The reason Itagaki didn't make an arcade version of DOA3 is because arcades were dead/unprofitable (especially in the U.S.) and he deemed it pointless. As for it not being on the PS2? The hardware wasn't good enough compared to what he could do on the original Xbox.- Project Bokuho
