I think it has something to do with your save . When I downloaded someone's save , some of the characters started crashing the game when doing certain moves . Try to delete the save , it might fix it .

As As KasumiLove said I fixed some bugs in the costume itself , the hair is the same , The costume lacked part of the fingernails and the shoes laces were floating around .

The hairstyles can't be added through DLCTool , you need lnkreshuffle for that Mod has some bugs for now, I fixed it , but I'll upload it tomorrow , I apologise for that ...

In Blender , in Edit Mode , Click on Make Edge/Face. I believe it will work then .

@mralex You gave me an idea which solved my problem I injected Nyotengu's Meshes into an empty Leifang TMC and it worked ^_^ . Thanks for the idea and Thanks @bbb too .

EDIT: I Just tested it with several costumes , the hair floats in All Nyotengu's Kimono (Default one and it's recolours), her China dress and Halloween Costume , for the rest the hair is always down (normal) .

I lnk_reshuffle it into Pai Hair 2 and Nyotengu Hair 1 .

But I'm not using a Nyotengu .--C file , I'm using PAI_COS_001.--C .

Can someone tell me why is the hair floating like in the picture ?? And how can I fix it ?

If I remember correctly immi said that lnk_reshuffle doesn't work with DLCs , only Core game files which means anything Senran Kagura can't be extracted .

No it doesn't show the model like Noesis This tool simply extracts Meshes as .tmcmesh files from one Costume (or hair) and you insert them using the other tool into another.
