Costumes are split into 2 files TMC and TMCL If you only delete meshes you can just upload the TMC file as it's the only file altered ... If you don't have both the TMC & TMCL files it won't work, so unless you have the DLC you can't use it ...

The clothes don't break during the battle , They were ripped from the beginning , this can be done through blender . Considering the fact that it's an adult mod I think you can find it in Loverslab.
