You might be right. I just tried to give to Rachel an alternate demon slyer outfit, without change her look drastically. I wanted to keep her one shoulder plate, her sword and her color scheme (black, red, silver with blonde hair). If my design makes it and TN do some edits, I will respect it...

Well, for me it had a happy end already when they decided to give TN special mention prizes. This way my design could be declared out of the competition (what I can understand because of the hack) but it could be rewarded by TN. It was a nice solution, I think, to what happened. Of course...

Of course it will, EU copies are mutlilanguage. It depends on your console language, and you can select text language in options. What it will be in english is the game box, but that's all.
