Momiji is very high pitched compared to characters like Kasumi and Ayane in their Japanese voices. That being said, there's also Marie, Honoka, Kokoro, Naotora, Tina, Mai and a few others who are just as annoying in Japanese.

I'm not really talking about the dialogue they are saying. I am talking about the way he voices acts in general. In both DOA and NG3, he sounds so angry most the time, unlike Justin Gross in NG1, calm and collective imo.
