    Hayabusa being S tier in both Online and Offline? That's complete bullshit. Alpha is not that low in Online. She gets away with a lot with frickin bad connections. Phase 4 should not be that high. especially in online lag. I don't even bother looking at the rest.

    Both have their own strengths. Eliot has really decent guard breaks that give him positive frames and has really good damage output because of his Choryu, but he is harder to use. He also has a lot of delayable strings.
