Having a somewhat fast projectile is indeed a boon, Genra being a prime example. Mai's may not be mid and instant hit like his, but her speed will make up for it. Plus if the frame data is to be believed it looks like the fan will be plus on block, so pretty good.

It says guard rigidity changes depending on distance. Since it says plus 1 I'm assuming it's plus 1 when done point blank, but gains more advantage the farther away you are, but we can't be sure yet.

I still think he's alright, he just gets rather predictable since he only has a few good tools, once he gets stun though he can get a lot done. And I'm not dropping him, I will just be more invested in Mai and Momi. Tbh I cant really think of anything new with Raidou nowadays.
