It tells you which catalogs you're missing. If you're on Xbox, which you seem to be, the catalogs will show you that you already downloaded them if you ever have before on any Xbox. Just download them again to be sure.

Judging by every game I play online, even Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate (which is better on Xbox One thanks to Challenges) there are tons of people online. KI is also very well populated. DoA won't be a wasteland on the Xbox One. And I happen to think the Xbox One controller is better than PS4...
