Online fighting game players are generally the worst of the bunch however that's possibly just because it's always a one on one scenario. I ran into so much bullshit on all of the fighters I play that I eventually disabled voice and text interaction with people that aren't my friends altogether...

Basically what Dr. Snipe said. There's little reason you wouldn't be able to reinstall the game if it's fully uninstalled through the Manage Game menu (start on its tile) but doing a full shutdown by holding the Xbox button on the console should do the trick.

Yes. It's at the bottom of the page no matter what part of the forum you are on so long as you're viewing in desktop mode. Mobile devices will not see it unless you are using a non-mobile view.

You couldn't get the patch you mean? Just uninstall the game and reinstall it. It really should download automatically when you try to launch the game unpatched. It won't let you play online without the patch after all.
