I'm fairly certain they mean the design is popular within the team, they'd already have her done... concept wise. I don't think it's either of them personally. I'm pretty sure it's either senran kagura girl or a completely new character.

That's a good point. However, it's not like DOA has added that many guest characters. DOA5 has added 12 characters, including the returning, new and guest. Add the two new characters being placed into LR and that's 14 characters in 1 installment (since ultimate & LR are just iterations of DOA5)...

Figured this out today, off BT 4K you get a free 3P. Can't counter it, can't block it. Time to start finding ways to use her 4P in stuns. You can do it off P+K. You can also get a CB off BT 4K if they're doing anything slower than fastest stagger escape.
