@Saber I agree with everything you said but I'm curious as to why you wouldn't use H+K in neutral. It's a tracking high with decent reach that's pretty nice for both keep out and whiff punishment due to the single button press. Of course 46K is more reward but I find H+K isn't that bad at all...

I would put Ein at mid tier with these changes. If you guys still think he is low tier you have to take another look at his Oki and Wall game. His wall game and wall oki shit on alot of characters in the cast. Our 1K and 7P are really strong tools that seem to get underrated.
