I also coded some unique answers for a few tricky hold-resistant moves.
With unblockable Dragon Kicks and Helena H+K it doesn't try to hold at all and does 2H+K instead
'busa rise4K: hold->PPP
Mai projectile from far->crouch dashes
Mai multi-hit fire strikes->block
Rai/Nyo projectiles->block...
Pretty well!
The main answer to hold-resistant strikes is hold->6T (or 2T if crouching).
Sometimes 6T accidentally comes out as 46T (because busa 46T has always had a stupid buffer window) so I coded a little 6PK combo when it does (example VS Rikuto at 2:05 lol...
muh list (19 pages later kek):
1. cross-platform online
2. rollback netcode (GGPO)
3. make free step dodging evasive (like DOA3.1 or better)
4. free-to-play version (Core Fighters)
5. hitbox viewers (including the environment)
6. fix these old system bugs/issues
7. bring back Hayabusa handstand...
I might've helped with finding FSDC, but I still think it's fucking retarded, same for unholdables. It should not be "bannable" of course it's in the game we'll have to deal with it, but DOA would be better off without those two bugs.
Because SS6T is super fucking good that's why.
She's in crouching status during startup, so you can't hit her high, and Lows merely hit her on NH just by virtue of the move being an OH along with the other advantages that come with it (unblockable, tracking). And it's not just a simple OH...
