It isn't a personal issue. JG timing is very hard to perform in the middle of the match while SE is universal and pretty easy once you get it down.

HCH is specifically when you hit an opponent while he is trying to throw. Most of your combos will be CH from hitting while an opponent is using a strike.

I've known about it for a while. It's pretty much useless to my knowledge. I've only seen kwiggle use it, at the end of matches where it will do enough to kill without doing a real juggle.
