Exactly, thats what I have been wanting for Marie. A throw launcher would work great with marie's 6K & 9P a damage buff on her throws is needed.

Phase4 basically has higher damage. better options during stun than kasumi. (4p is for limbo combos, kasumi does not have this move). her 236T can do 79dmg. kasumi's 236T 71dmg combo only works on lights. the timing is pretty hard, especially during online. phase4 safest move 3p+k,p 4- on...
