Honestly you have to put serious effort into ever even needing stealth. Because the game is open world with nobody around most of the time, and soldiers only on roads or in the outposts, and you can usually backdoor straight to the objective or snipe everyone from a mile out, it's hard to argue...
^I meant more like how the player characters played more like Splinter Cell than Metal Gear, while the open world was more like Red Dead. So MGSV was basically Sam Fisher in Red Dead Redemption.
Yeah MGSV felt like more of a cross between Splinter Cell and Red Dead Redemption than Metal Gear.
Still pissed that all these updates later, even adding in the swimsuits from versus into SP, we still can't get the option to pick "none" for hip weapons. I NEVER USE THOSE AND THEY SO UGLY...
I hate rachel for butchering Nicole's moveset, but beyond that, yeah I'd love to have him back so long as he's only in charge of presentation, aesthetics, musics, stage design, arcade mode, basically everything EXCEPT the core gameplay.
Doa5 lacks the charm and style previous DOAs had under his...
yeah DS3 is a totally different game because it's actually Bloodborne 2 with a DS PC. It's ridiculously unbalanced because of that. enemies that can speedblitz you while you're still the same slow ass characters from the previous games haha.
like I love how people are so shocked when I say I never put any points into health, don't use heavy armor or a shield. DOOOOODDGE. And late game, most things stun and hit hard enough it doesn't really matter how much health you have anyway.
I'm bringing it up more because people always go "Dark souls is so hard" when no it's just that most modern games are just so piss easy that a game with average difficulty coming out is seen as "hardcore". No offense intended.
DS1 and DS2 turned out to be pretty easy for me, because I just went archer and that cheeses everything except 4 kings and ancient dragon. Then bows got nerfed haaaaaard in ds3...
No idea to either one since all are soldiers and she wears a knit cap, but she IS a crazy shut in explosives enthusiast shocktrooper who giggles hilariously every time she kills someone. She, Sadistic Jane, and Marina are my favorite recruits so far.
Growing up playing NES/Genesis/SNES/N64/PS1 games means playing Dark Souls is just return to form.
Doesn't help that I INSIST on playing a pure archer like I did for DS1 and DS2 despite bows being HORRIFICALLY nerfed in DS3, making the game much harder than it needs to be
