It was never a glitch. It was intentionally designed to duck all mids. In doa5 they allowedmids that go low to hit it. They also added more recovery.- DR2K

Rachel nerfs
It's not really Rachel that should be nerfed, but the tech that should be removed. Even if she were at disadvantage on whiff she'd still have a very scary anti wake up game. -
