Must be nice to have a character this safe. She still seems like a very solid character. With things like Christie SS getting nerfed (loses to tracking mids) she's going to have better match ups against some or her worst ones.

Just added about 5 more frames of recovery. They're still good, but easier to punish and harder to get advantage out of.

Actually she got buffed mostly and became super lightweight. Yeah Rachel is heavily disadvantaged aganst faster characters. No more than other grapplers.

Overall she's better at the neteral game, but still has good ground game options. Just not as derpy.
