What would be nerfed. People don't even know the match up. She's an easy character to use like Hitomi and Jann, but outside of her stomp tech she's got a lot of bad match ups. Especially with faster poke based characters.

Rachel isn't even top 10 in this game. Way too many bad match ups and flaws. She's a good character, but lives on her ft and throw game.
