It's weird as fuck that they only chose just the 3 girls...but then only apply reskins to just 6 women... And the fucked up part? Hinako was only in the Women's team for like 1 game. The hell happened with King? She was on the Women's team as much as Yuri was.

That pretty much sounds like it. Mai is very versatile but while it took only until KOFXIV for Mai to really become strong, I can see her being pretty powerful here since DOA basically thrives on versatility to help out with mindgames and such.

Except that's pretty much exactly how Mai's outfit looked for a long while before KOFXIV and after Art of Fighting... And her KOFXIV outfit is simply a RETURN to her original look.

Yeah that's true, she always had a massive versatile set, but no real safety in her moves as a tradeoff. At the same time, it can easily be her speed and versatility that will make her high tier in the game.

Damn, so Mai is pretty much heading in the same direction as Akuma and plays more like a 2D character in a 3D space. Being able to have her specials, special cancel and jump is going to be something else. I heard her jumping will probably be like Kasumi's rather than Momiji's...which makes...

*Ahem* You are forgetting Marie Rose... The ONLY time her breasts ever bounce is in OMG Mode and the player has to make them bounce. So yes, it's easy for a character to be ignored if they don't want jiggle physics for one character apparently and thus, the opposite must be true as well.
