It is very possible to get the berserker blade and the mad warrior set on ur first playthrough. U have to go to belfry luna bonfire in the iron keep. U HAVE to join the bellkeepers covenant to make the red phantom appear. When u spawn at the bonfire, climb up the ladder and you will see a bell...
