Seth and Pheonix got major character altering nerfs per iteration. Alpha got buffs all around, and can be juggled higher as her only signifigant nerf. This does not make her a glass canon by any means, those character mentioned either die in 1-4 hits or 2(1 and a half realy) guesses.
