Why is the ground game in training mode so odd? It seems like strikes with ground hit properties don't connect on a downed opponent at all.

Well actually she is both a ninja and a shrine maiden. Her title is ''Greater Ninja'' and she is part of the Hayabusa Ninja Clan. So yeah you could call her either a ninja or a shrine maiden/miko it doesn't really matter. On hindsight, there appear to be no guaranteed follow-ups from 9K at all...

Jacky has no 236P. In fact, he has no quarter-circle (and half-circle) motion moves at all! I'm still not sure what you mean though... could be 3PPP you're getting instead of the 6P string?
