I think Ingrid has a high chance too. She is part of the story (creator of pandora) she's the 2nd most wanted SF character for TKxSF, she is (one of) Harada's favorite SF character(s), and he wants this to happen

Like I said before, if DOAvsVF does happen they should save them then so that it won't be more spoils on how they'd look like in DOA graphics. But if they insist on adding another, then add this badass to the game (but give herback her VF4 skin tone)
