As someone who lives in the eastern part of Asia, I really hate Summer. The heat gets me irritated by the most random things... Actually, it's hot for more than half a year, so that's why we like cold weather.

    Tekken

Apparently, Tekken 7 is the first Tekken game where they actually put balance patches. They gave a balance patch once after the game's release on console and multiple times during the arcade. Even after how many patches they gave, they still couldn't fix that wall glitch that I usually see when...

I wouldn't be if I could avoid them. It's frustrating that they'll always be around, whether it's a neighbor, a classmate, a co-worker or whatever it is. There will always be people we can't stay away from because they're always around.

Because he's older than I am, I'm not supposed to tell him anything about showing a decent behavior because he should've known that before I did unless he has a mental issue. What in God's creation are these kinds of human beings?

    Tekken

I don't think so... I grew up learning Tekken without a tutorial at all. I just learned it by instinct, trial and error, and watching high level players play the game. They have a tutorial mode in Tekken Tag 2, but it's just basics with extra comical stuff. You might learn some, but you won't...

    Soul Calibur Thread

You should listen to Soul Calibur IV's soundtracks. They're the dullest among them all. Though I like SCIV more than SCV game play wise and characters. SCII's soundtracks weren't so pleasing to me except Nightmare and Raphael's (The Noble Blade) theme. Soul Calibur III soundtracks were alright...

    Soul Calibur Thread

I wish they would bring back more of those Soul Calibur III stages. III and V have the best stages IMO, and for me V has the best soundtracks. I wish they'll have a tunes feature that you can change the soundtracks of the stage with the older ones.

    Soul Calibur Thread

I dunno why but my hype for character reveals die so quickly...except for the new characters. It's like "Well, that's expected. They had to be there anyway". Sound effects still sound like squishing fat meat in a bag. I like the sound effects from the previous 2 games better to be honest...

@illninofan Movement counter stuns are counter hit properties you will receive when you get hit while moving around depending on the move that hit you. If something hits you while you're sidestepping, it becomes a counter. in SCII, there were no sideways movement counter stuns, you will only...

@JAG THE GEMINI Well damn, I forgot SCIII had it as well. I haven't played SCIII since my PS2 died. I wish SCIII:AE was here though because the console version was a buggy mess. I really can't say anything about the first one because I never played it extensively. Still hate the fact the...

If they just take out movement counter stuns from the game, movement will be a better defensive mechanic and it makes people use it more. And I don't know why escaping throws give chip damage, it doesn't reward the one who gets thrown because breaking throws is hard, spamming throws is easy. Get...

The game really needs more defensive mechanics. Ever since Soul Calibur III, most of the new mechanics are offensive. I think the only defensive mechanics that were ever given in the post-SCII games was Just Guard, Just Impact, and Reverse Rage, while the game gets more offensive ones like...

Easier said than done. Movement counters cater people with aggressive/offensive playing or in a beginner's case, button mashing. It forces a defensive player to stay still instead of making use of the game's 3D field. Moving forward, backward, or just sidestepping brings no harm to the opponent...
