A hold comes out with 1 frame and has the ability to do lots of damage + the additional properties like knockbacks over huge distances which adds even more damage because of the environment (Jann Lees mid kick hold or Ayanes low kick...

Pics are fake. Japanese modders already found a way to extract the models from DOA5. The Helena pic, for example. The background is the jungle from DOAX2. They probably used XNA to modify the models some more.

Tinas and Christies are not easy, but doable. The only problem is the button reading A.I. On the last 3 difficulties it's just insane. Worse than DOA4. The really big problem is dealing with that A.I. in survival mode on legend difficult >_> counter blow+ counter throw+ counter hold+ you can't...

Anyone found a way to teleport without doing holds? The A.I. can teleport behind your back from miles away (basically what the she did in DOA4 all the time) but you can't do this when you are controlling her. Hidden move or A.I. exclusive? P.S. I think no wake up kicks and the non-existent...

They're are patching it on-the-fly which happens as soon as you start the multiplayer component. Oh and can someone here say Shimboru that Ayane should get a BT CB? :) And dare you nerfing Ayanes 66KK4 tooooo much. +7 is too good, that's true. But I will cry if balancing means "make it shit...

Well I have to agree. Played online a bit yesterday and the netcode is indeed..uhm...not the best :rolleyes: I'm from germany and had a match with some canadians (4 grey bars). No problems. But then, playing with someone from my friendslist, who is german as well...oh dear. 30fps or so xD
