So, the new girl has Marie's face (again), with stiff, awkward animations and a double-dose of animu thrown on top?
The disappointment never ends with this game.
Maybe the people complaining about him already got assistance and still think he's dumb. There's this theme you find among some in the FGC which assumes that developers always know what they're doing and that players shouldn't have or voice opinions to the contrary.
It's incredibly asinine.
That's the thing: It's not necessarily a matter of being "broken" or "needing nerfs." It's just about dumb design.
Think about Yoda from SCIV. Yoda wasn't a top tier character who "needed" nerfs. But everyone fucking hated him and wanted him gone. Why? Because his fundamental design was...
Again, I love Nightmare. That's why turning him into a cuck pick is so damn infuriating. He should be the highlight of a SC game, not some embarrassing, invasive tumor.
Nightmare is like the least intimidating character because when I see him I just think "Of course it's yet another Nightmare who's gonna do the same derpy shit." Compare this to Astaroth who is played about 0.01% of the amount Nightmare is played, so when I see him, I think: "Chances are this...
No, he thrives on bullshit. He didn't have terror charge in SC2, but he was still intimidating.
What makes him fun is the ability to let your brain take a nap.
IMHO, just remove the armor/terror charge mechanic. Even without that he'd still have huge damage, great range, and solid pressure.
Armor is always dumb, but it's especially dumb in a game that only bothers to give it to like, 3 characters. Very awkward and out of place.
Again, I don't feel like someone is obligated to receive a personal invitation every time they are criticized, nor do I think that people shouldn't be allowed to criticize others publicly. Obviously libel and other forms of harassment are not acceptable. Calling you "stupid" out of the blue was...
This conversation, here, on this status, is no more "safe" than anywhere else. Not to mention that this criticism spawns from "pinned" response.
TL;DR: DOAN thinks you're a dick. You think DOAN's dismissive of you and your posts because you don't use "sugary sunshine language." I haven't seen...
As for the profile thing, this follows a bizarre logic that people have where they feel like they're entitled to receive an invitation to every discussion about them. But they aren't. Saying something behind someone's back (ie: trying to hide it from them) is a different matter than simply not...
