Well, he's actually been banned three separate times. The latest was triggered by shit-posting in the Tekken thread. I told him that his next post in the thread should be about Tekken (naturally) rather than pointlessly instigating other users. He failed that directive.

Petopia has tried to argue points in the past, but he does it so inefficiently that he decided that forgoing the attempt at effective communication and jumping straight to shit-posting was more his style. Talking to him is like asking a dog to clean up its own shit. Pointless.
