Regardless of the game I feel it's difficult to discuss that aspect. On one end, I do think there should be more accessibility to games that can get people acquainted into the game. But making it so everyone can win isn't something I'm for also.

Be no point in practicing if anyone can pick up the game and dominate. Sure it makes for good upsets and stuff but I'd rather there be good upsets where someone clearly outplays a person vs if someone upsets but it's not as significant. Idk. Whenever I debate reducing skill gap.....

Then I feel that they should have an advantage cause they work the hardest and they put the most time in a game. Not just Tekken, but DOA and other fighters as well. But people want games to be like Mario Party where everyone has a chance to win and I'm against that cause then there'd....

Like when I hear a lot of complaints about Tekken and the skill gap between players with a lot of experience and people beginning and they say they always have an advantage, I feel like that's almost how it should be. If people play Tekken as long as the 1st one or whatever.......

I wonder if what Aris said about the range of motion between pad & stick is true in regards to moves requiring crouch dash vs the just frames I mentioned. Something worth exploring into.

@Lulu Yeah they are. But I'm not smiling over it. SF x Tekken wasn't that great anyways. That's probably one of the few things tekken related where I'm not jumping out of my seat throwing money at the computer screen screaming "take my money" for.

Now jump to DOA/Tekken. I see this especially in Tekken (which was why Akuma was damn near broken before T7 even launched). And DOA at times too. I don't welcome any 2d aspect in 3d when I never even wanted to touch 2d's to begin with. But that's my feelings on it. Sorta. But I'll leave that for...

But every time I play 2d's (And I know I'll be wrong on it but this is just from my exp) I feel that I'm just playing a bunch of zoners with high crush/anti-air abilities while they're jumping higher than Michael Jordan. And lord help me if I get to a wall. I know there are ways through it but...

I honestly don't like Mai in DOA. But if I say my reasons I'll have people say "get good" or whatever though I did beat Mai in a tourney scenario and I'm taking time off from DOA so I'll just say that I don't like Mai, Eliza, etc.

DOA, Tekken, etc, I'm just not a fan of 2d characters in a 3d games.
