Lisa didn't have any story relevance neither back in DOAX1. If I'm not wrong, they even planned to make her Zack's sister but changed it, because too... easy ? (I read it on DOAwiki or a forum once, but can't find it, so to be confirmed). Misaki could be anything, from a default avatar in DOA6...

I think Lisa's death scene was just an opportunity for TN to remove her if they want to. Just an option. Not once and for all, but like, she does not have priority for the Vanilla version. :(

What I'm most afraid about is DLC character and having many cut characters in DOA6. The situation was different in DOA5 Vanilla, where TN was rather honest by cutting unpopular/dead characters (Leon, Tengu and Ein) due to time constraints. BUT now, they know fans are ready to pay for anything...
