Which character in this game is really "low tier"? What is low tier in this game? Is guaranteed damage all that it's cracked up to be? If so then why can a guess based character like Helena do so well? Helena has some pretty solid crushes up close and her Bokuho shuts down Mila's tackle game...

There is absolutely no excuse for this abysmal netcode. No reason why games that cost 1/10th this have more stable netcodes. No reason why DOAU from 2004 was superior in every possible way.
