Sorry, I should've been more specific: I meant that 66K is horrible if you keep in mind that it's beyond terrible on block. I find - let's say - KK (not KKK!), 3P.P+K, P+K.P+K or 6P far more useful than 66K because those moves are quicker and harder to react to. Plus it's a better way of opening...
I think he means it under the condition that 66K hits. If it hits, it will give a sit-down after which a lot of people tend to hold. However, I think 66K is one of her worst moves.

True. But it also depends on your opponent. I encountered many passive opponents on whom I landed Normal Hits more than usual. The move itself is semi-safe by the way, so you can not land a true punish, only attempt a 5T.

Yeah the P+K's after a strike like 66P+K, 8P, 3PP, BT P6P don't work because they already give a stun, like you said. Any throw into Heichu will work. I think these are all the possible options:
236T, PPT, P2KT, 4PKT, 33PT, 66P+KT, 236P+KT.
There's multiple ways to get into Heichu with a throw while still causing slip stun:
PPT, P2KT, 4PKT and more. Otherwise I would have to list all options.
You're right. The damage difference is so minuscule that it doesn't even matter. I'd rather go for an easy-timing combo with a little less damage than a hard-timing combo with like three points more damage. I will keep it the way it is now.
What do you mean by this? Hi-Counter hit? I re-checked and the values are from Hi-Counter. Not sure if that was your intention.
