I just checked the patch notes a while ago. These changes were either edited or not there before. That, and there's "(1/22/2013 UPDATE)" next to said updates. For one, Akira got yet another damage buff, wee.

Could just be the AI teching faster than humanly possible. You may want to test it in a match.

I do 1P into 3K in strings as muscle memory already, this is about to get very fun indeed.

1P puts you into a sit-down state (despite not getting anything guaranteed off of it). If the opponent gets hit by 3K after 1K in stun, does it put them into the sit-down state?

It was probably the lag/delay that SE'd out of the setup, not the player.
