Ok, I did some research on Jacky's Pak Sao (his auto-parry). From VF4-VF5R (I think), it affects both High and Mid punches only. He attacks with :P: during the parry animation. In VF5 Final Showdown, however, it would only affect high punches only and it is a true reversal. No need to input :P:.
