Mai became SNK's "Chun Li" or poster girl, basically the female equivilent of Terry as far as their fighting games go. If other chars got represented somehow in Smash but she didnt, its not right. Could have just toned her down if thats a prob.

I remember seeing some hate for Hayashi when he was leading the DoA/NG teams but I always liked what he was doing, actually. It wasnt perfect but I was satisfied (more than compared to now at least).

I have rechargable AAs, so that part isnt so much of a problem... as long as I make sure to change the batteries as soon as I get the warning that they're almost dead. The real problem is that DOA6 disconnects you from an online match if your controller turns off, which happens if your batteries...

A lot of people dont seem well informed about DOA5/6's DLC either, such as being able to buy DLC induvidually. They just focus on "omg the SP costs more than the game its self", and see that as enough reason to see KT as another terrible games publisher.

I think a lot of people just look for fodder to hate on the game. Despite my personal problems with DLC, I find myself mostly having to defend TN for all the good they do that gets overlooked because "omg they sell DLC!", like all the content on disc before any DLC, more than other FGs... well...
