To be honest i didn´t expect any buffs... It wasn´t a real balance patch, but the things they changed are really good imo. The one thing i was just hoping for was to change 6P+K back to DOA4 style, but whatever... I guess the only buff is his new costume... I don´t understand how people can...

I try a combination of rushdown and whiffpunishment tactics... It´s rather unefficient ´till now. I do miss old 6P+K...

I really like your ideasTakeda. Especially the ideas for new holds, sounds really good! Let´s just hope that something of the things we want comes in a patch or update soon.

He needs a tracking 1P. 6P+K should be at least 16i. His sweep from sidestep should cause a knockdown like in the old days. His OH´s should do at least 5 poinst more damage. Special mid kick hold like Hitomi and Hayate. His 9PK should be a wall combo ender like it is in Hayates case. With...

Yep, already noticed that. You can also do 2P, 1K after 236K on hit afaik!

3P>6KK and PP6PK won´t work against heavier characters. And 1K6PK almost does the same damage. Forgot to say that 4K is... Maybe the biggest nerf of all. Disgusting... And why did Tecmo in general erase so many force tech options? I mean, DOA4 was way to much about oki, but this game feels...

I already had those problems in DOA4. Managed to get around it too. That said, hit the gym with Ein... It´s extremely difficult for me atm to say if he is rather good or bad. He is safer than he was in DOA4, but the nerfs of his sweep, :6::p+k: and :4::6::K: on block are really disturbing...

Ein is BACK!

To be honest I still have to play DOA5U Ein, but in previous DOA games i could almost always play around the stun game. I shall find out soon if it is really that "bad" with Ein in DOA5.

Ein was NEVER! about playing the stun game over and over. He punchs STRAIGHT in your face and that is what I like about him. Strikes and short but devastating juggle combos... Hell yeah!:ein:

@UprisingJC I really like your DOA5U Ein even if the game is new. You made great use of 2p pressure, SSK(which should escape some strings due to having a TC move after the sidestep) and how you used 214 throw. Since 33T seems inconsistent to do atm, this throw is the next one to go since it...

I really agree with this list. But an honorable mention for me would be 4P+K. It still gives plus frames on block, decent backstep ect. And 33K as the main launcher after Ein stunned the opponent.

It´s not about the wind up moves, it´s about the frames of moves on block!

Thanks for answering Zeo. Imo Ein´s 46K should give at least plus 3... But what can we do... 3P still slightly minus on hit... Was expecting this. That´s exactly what I always didn´t like about that move. Why not neutral or at least +1? F+K.. never really used that move. I thought that Ein...

You left the most important thing out... Hitomis 236P is a REAL! mid which even hits if the opponent uses super tech crouch moves. Hayates and apparently Ein´s don´t.
