    Why would you use macro buttons on a stick? That's kind of...the entire point...of...using...a stick. If you're using macros on a stick, you are definitely "doing it wrong."

    The amount of damage a hold does is only part of the problem. The fact that you get a chance to escape damage from the offender is the larger issue. The object should be to eliminate guessing as much as possible.

    Bass and Gen Fu did okay in DoA3.1. DoA didn't have the stun threshold before 4. Seemed to be okay in every single other DoA game. And you're making ridiculous guesses out of stun no matter what. That's all DoA is. Guessing. That's bad.

    Yes. The stick replaces the dpad. I've never understood either. I've played DoA on a stick since 2, except for the xbox where I didn't have that option. Never had problems getting exactly what I wanted.
