Ah stream can work as well, but what's important is to get people to come and play. The key is to get decent comp that people will want to both play against and watch on stream.
Technically, Namco/Project SOUL pulled a Capcom, copying what they did for Street Fighter III. No surprise since Daishi Odashima admitted that 3rd Strike was his favorite fighting game of all time. Even the meter management and Just Guard are straight from 3S.

Quicker inputs is likely a placebo effect. As long as the pivot point is in the same position and the actuator isn't bigger, the inputs should be the same.

This was made in 2009, by that time, DOA4 had mostly been forgotten, but the other games had just gotten recent releases, including Virtua Fighter which had VF5R.
Actually, the best way is still to use shorter screws from a Fanta stick and then shave a bit of the JLF body. This'll get you to mount the stick at the correct height.
