    He isn't slow, and his learning curve is heavily exaggerated. He's a guard break/frame advantage monster, without any real disadvantages. He's fast, does a ton of damage, and has ways of keeping himself at advantage forever. Imagine going up against tools like that when most of your moves...

    Why should it evade? Logically it should since the character crouces, but design wise it's illogical for a 0 frame attack to beat all highs, throws, and low attacks.

    Yeah ok buddy tell me how your gun fight goes with a butter knife. It's not about "rank" it's about a character being able to utilize the system to its fullest potential. A character with more depth that actually rewards to player for learning them is fun.
