Regardless, it's still done and it's not weighing themselves down either. Hitomi, Tina and Eliot can still do high jumping kicks like 236K in skinny jeans, so can Sarah with her flips in tight jeans too. Impracticality doesn't takes place and is often disregarded.

You got a lot of fighters in jeans already (Hitomi, Brad, Eliot, Sarah, Jacky, Tina, Mila) and a lot of them can still do flips, high jumping kicks, cartwheels, etc. so I really believe it's way past that point of being impractical already.
