Team Ninja accompanied the picture with the line "Don't fear the Weeper..", IMO a very smart pun (the word switched with Reaper) that want definitely hint to Phase-4's cutscene from the end of the story mode. Princess Kasumi quoted it in the previous page.

Oh my, maybe it's Grim Reaper for Phase-4... another of my favourite outfits! It's still not sure but I didn't believe that there were chances for it! You have a point, I believe that TN make a mix between the two designs, but the character seen in the pic is clearly a girl judging from the arms.

I believe that no DLC pack from DoA5U will be in disc of Last Round; a more realistic hope is to get more new original outfits in disc and personally I would love at least a new one for character from the first contest.
