    Hitomi's 2F+K is i19, Kasumi's is i20 and hell, Helena's 2F+K is i23. Do you honestly believe Kokoro's being 1-3 frames faster makes a significant difference?     Kokoro's 6P+K is also a high, so it can be countered at two levels. It doesn't allow any followup other than the canned string (free canceled it gives +3 with no SE and -1 at max SE). That, and it doesn't track like almost all lows that stun on NH do (Kasumi 1K, Hitomi 2F+K, Christie JAK 1K, etc...

    I'm pretty sure the 68 damage is on NH. Right now it does 67 and is i17 (I believe). Increasing the damage and the speed seems...stupid. The moves that lost GC's could still be + on block...but who am I kidding?

    9P string isn't nearly as effective because: a) The throw is slower (i22 vs i17) and b) The P ender is super unsafe (-12 vs -7). Unfortunately, the stuns that the K and P ender offer both suck. +13/+11 is all you are going to get from them, which isn't enough to extend the stun (with SE)...

    9P has some use for sure, I also mix it in sometimes. The main issue is just it introduces another guess (unless they are at threshold, where it will launch). Or perhaps I'm bitter as 9/10 people online will randomly low counter out of almost every stun aha. (I also can't wait for that hairstyle!)

    PPT T from 4 is probably what they want. That's what I would love too. P+K from Heichu should also have the time where countering can't happen extended (otherwise, a well timed counter will only give Kokoro +9).
