    Your analogy only works because you forgot to mention that the self-taught pilot has never flown a plane before and that he's no more determined to get everyone to the proper destination than the other pilot is. At least the other pilot can land a plane, even if it was in the wrong country.

    I did the same until my motherboard tanked and I was forced to buy a new computer. Which now, obviously, all come with Win 10. I could have tried to salvage the old one, but looking at the bigger picture down the road, it would have made no sense.
