I think that is the profile of her shoulder, for me the wings are black (and for this reason not visible in a picture with a black background). The mask was already recognized, its design is inspired to the one showned in this Ayane's card (from the IOS/Android game "Ninja Gaiden Clans").

If TN want release in any cases a character with the moveset of Tengu, doesn't make difference (from a lazy point) to give that moveset to a new model or to an old one. In the end the big work is on the fighting properties.

If it's an outfit for Ayane, definitely will be for a promotion of the actual Bankotsubo character: I think that no one has doubts about this, from DoA5 fans talked to use Tengu in the game, not his outfits. Otherwise IMO we will get a new character using Tengu's moveset.

The mask in the picture is definitely based on this design for Ayane, but the hairs appear different and longer if you increase the light of the photo: Of course I could be wrong and this could be really an outfit for Ayane (and I hope so).
