You are right, sorry I had misunderstood your post thinking that you were talking about the creation of a new Spartan...

If you look carefully, under the article posted are present the credits of the game and the name of Akira, Sarah, Pai and Sega are still there ;) It's not so simple because Spartan is owned by the Halo franchise.
