Of course, some characters get a better advantage after that happens, whereas other characters have easier access to it but weaker options from it. For example, I'd take Ryu's stun game over Lisa's any day. But, I'd prefer Lisa's neutral game no question.

Actually, it isn't. My stepmother was a professional body builder and was a LOT more muscular than the original woman you posted. They do regular drug tests to ensure that they are not on steroids or other enhancement drugs, and she's not the type to do that kind of thing anyway.

The Hitomi costume in question had a swastika on the armband before it was edited in light of being rejected (hateful imagery). It most certainly was a Nazi uniform but that didn't stop everyone from loving and supporting the shit out of it. It was even one of the most popular fan designs here...

That's actually my favorite Tina costume, lol I like guns, baseball caps and no skirts. Would it be even cooler if they gave her actual pants and an actual shirt? Yeah. But I still like it.
