Well, Akira doesn't have that much tracking to begin with, so I couldn't say.

The universal SS is fine. The only issue I have with it is that some characters' SS attacks are extremely useful, whereas others are borderline useless. Command SIdesteps are the ones that carry the notorious reputation.

Well if you sit there for a year and wait until she finishes flipping over then any attack can hit her. The problem is that that is not really a valid strategy since in order to do that, you have to A) Anticipate it or B) Get lucky. B is stupid and if you're going with A, might as well just cut...

I like playing her fine. Middle-of-the-road. I just can't play her a lot consecutively because she's really redundant, and as a result of that my skill with her doesn't really improve as it does with characters I do play repeatedly.
