Thats one of the things I liked about the Naruto games.... they had Lady Chiyo and Lady Tsunade (my avatar) as playable characters..... Both of whom are village elders. On top of that Lady Tsunade has abit of a drinking problem so shes not far off from being a Drunken Fist type character.....
