Always assume the worst when it comes to DLC greed. Also that character that Nico’s costume comes from is hilarious, they really doubled down on thickness in that game didn’t they.

Ironically the only costume from Ryza I actually like is Ryza's own, but I don't play Honoka lol. Nico's looks awful.

Tekken and SC6 both are the closest equivalents and both have free colour selection. TN having set costumes and cluttering up the menus with recolours was always very behind the times.

I'm sure you'll have to buy each colour for each character when a reasonable game (insofar as charging at all can be reasonable) would charge once per colour for everyone.
