If I had to guess who Nyotengu's English VA will be, I'd also think of Juri's English VA as a possibility. But as deathofaninja said, her VA should be Osamu Saka. In both English and Japanese. Nevertheless, I do think her Japanese voice is great, and that her English voice will be terrible.
